Offwell Village Fete Returns in 2024
After a long absence Offwell Fete will take place on Saturday 29 th June, from 1.00 to 4.30pm at Offwell Recreation

All proceeds from the day will be shared between the Village Hall Charity, St. Mary’s Church, Offwell PTFA and the Village Fund.

How You Can Help
Local Choir or Band
Please contact one of the committee members (see below) if you have other ideas or if you know of a local choir or band who might like to perform on the day.
Wine Tombola
There will be a wine tombola stall. Wine donations can be left with Viki Whitehead at Parsons Park in Ramsden Lane, Offwell. Please leave any bottle donations in the porch and let Viki know when you are leaving them.
Extra Chairs and Tables
There will also be a need for easily transportable small garden tables and chairs for the village run stalls (the stall holders will bring their own).
Raffle Prizes
Please contact a committee member if you are able to provide a raffle prize. Sophie Joy will be collecting these at Melcombe in Fern Lane. Please contact Sophie first (email below) to make sure she is there to collect.
Plant Stall
Plant donations are welcomed for the plant stall. Contact one of the committee members for more information about when and where to deliver.
Cakes and Baked Goods
Cakes and baked goods are welcomed. Please contact Sam Paveley if you are able to bake for the day.
Second Hand Book Stall
The PTFA are collecting books for a second hand book stall. Please contact one of the committee members for more information. There will be books for adults and children.
Help On The Day
If you are able to help on the day please let the committee know. They need volunteers to help run the stalls and set up for the Fete itself.
*** We would be grateful for any help or ideas you may have. Our next Fete meeting is on Tuesday 21st May at the Village Hall, when you can find out more so please join us. A database email will be sent out to remind you of the meeting nearer the date.***
